Create a new course by giving it a title and type. Add content to courses by clicking More actions then Add content. There are 5 ways to add content to a course including files already loaded in the LMS. Load SCORM files and videos by dragging and dropping files into the Load Content box or using the file picker. Give each item a title and type. Add pre-existing items from other courses to share resources across courses which ensures consistency reduces duplicate content and allows course updates to apply everywhere automatically. Search for an existing course and select items from that course to add to the new course. Drag and drop items to reorder them. Courses can contain single modules or videos or multiple sections and lessons.
Configure course settings by setting prerequisites for courses. Auto-sequence courses so learners must finish each item in order or edit each item's prerequisites individually and independently. Write course descriptions in all applicable languages under General Settings. Set an image for the course which appears in the learner's Training Plan and Course Library. Set a passing score and indicate if course status and score should be shown to students. Set the number of CE credits earned by the course and select a completion certificate template. Apply tags to categorize courses and group related courses together to perform specific actions on courses with the same tag. Enable self-registration to let users choose which courses to take and present courses in the Course Library.
